Size/model exchange service to your home!
Product return/size exchange – the customer must send the product to the company's warehouses within 5 days
of receiving the product.
All costs involved in replacing the product will be borne by the customer.
Product replacement will be made when it is in its original packaging, including the box and all accompanying products. The company will not handle products that have not been returned as new.
For used products, no refund/exchange option will be accepted – subject to the company management's discretion as to whether the product has been used.
Returns:
A transaction cannot be canceled after an order has been placed, but only after receiving the product.
(If the transaction was made by credit card/PayPal, the customer will be charged a clearing fee).
A transaction can be canceled within 5 days of receiving the product - less 5% of the transaction amount or 100 ILS, whichever is lower + shipping costs.
